What was verified
The general application date, ordinary Article 25 assessment routes, documentation and declaration annexes, instructions conditions, economic-operator roles and the substantial-modification definition were checked against primary sources. The July 2026 consolidation includes amendments; guides do not assume the original 2023 publication is the complete current text.
Measures and standards
The Regulation empowers the Commission to update certain provisions through delegated or implementing acts. The existence of a power is not evidence that a particular measure has been adopted. Check EUR-Lex and the Official Journal for measures and standards relevant to the actual product. This site does not claim to maintain a live register of every measure or harmonised-standard citation.
